For those of you who know us well, you’ll be aware that Fleur has been an established independent Flower shop since Queensgate opened it’s doors in 1982. The Fleur by Lizz girls weren’t even born by then but in 2008 Lizz became the forth owner of Fleur, Queensgate.As well as being a successful local florist we are also proud to have been a longstanding partner of Interflora since Lizz opened her first flower business in 2005. This gives our local customers the freedom and ability to send the gift of flowers all over the World.Interflora recently selected us to work with them on the pilot scheme oftheir new delivery system. As well as introducing photos and email updates to improve customer journey, the new software also maps the ‘best route’ for our deliverydrivers and re-maps on a live basis reducing the amount of fuel used and avoids unnecessary time on the roads.The use of the new system has been extended to our local orders too meaning that all our orders placed in store, over the phone or on our website will now also be included in our customer updates.
